Boca Ciega Resort is governed by a 100% community-based Board of Directors. 

The Boca Ciega Resort Board of Directors meets monthly. Meetings are open to owners and dates and minutes are recorded.

The Board of Directors typically meets the 1st Thursday of every month. Meeting locations are subject to change and will be announced to all owners.
